Shipping Information
We understand that getting your unique items in a timely manner is important. Here's a breakdown of our shipping timelines:
Processing Time:
- Please note that most of our products are personalized and made-to-order with love! Our standard production time is 2 to 3 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Time (After Production):
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- Rest of the World: Please allow up to 20 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Carriers:
- We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Important Notes:
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal service delays, and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Celeste RCP. If you are not completely happy with your personalized order, please review our return policy below:
Returns for Personalized Products:
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or if there is a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization, wrong item sent).
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your return, please provide clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item, along with your order number.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item or a refund for the purchase price, at our discretion.
Returns for Non-Personalized Products:
For our non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its original condition, we will offer a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges:
- Personalized Products: As our products are custom-made, we typically do not offer exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, design choice, or spelling errors made by the customer during the ordering process. Please double-check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
- Non-Personalized Products: If you wish to exchange a non-personalized item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and the shipping costs of the new item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that items with customer-submitted personalization that are free from defects or errors on our part are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and personal care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-redeemable for cash.
How to Initiate a Return:
