  • What kind of products do you offer? We offer a delightful range of products, including mugs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, and more! While many of our items can be personalized with your own text, please keep an eye out for announcements regarding the launch of products that can be customized with your own designs or photos. We're always exploring new ways for you to express your creativity!
  • Can I personalize any product on your website? Yes! The beauty of Celeste RCP is in the personalization. Most of our products have options for you to add your own touch. Look for the "Personalize It!" button on the product page.
  • Is there a limit to the number of characters I can use for personalized text? Yes, some products may have character limits to ensure the text looks its best on the item. You'll usually see a notification on the personalization tool if there's a limit.
  • Can I see a preview of my personalized product before ordering? Absolutely! Our personalization tool usually provides a real-time preview of how your design will look on the product. Make sure to review it carefully before adding to your cart.
  • What if I have a specific design request that isn't available on the website? We love bringing unique ideas to life! Please contact our customer support team with your specific request, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery 

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Our standard production time is 2 to 3 business days. After production, shipping within the United States and Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery.
  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we happily ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
    Will I receive a tracking number for my order? Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges 

  • What is your return policy? Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or if there's a clear error on our part. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
  • What if my personalized item arrives damaged or with an error? We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage or error, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Can I exchange my personalized item if I made a mistake in the personalization? Unfortunately, as our items are custom-made, we typically cannot offer exchanges for errors made during the personalization process. Please double-check your design and text carefully before ordering.
  • How do I initiate a return? Please write here our customer support team with your order number and details about the issue. They will guide you through the return process.

Payment & Security 

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and often other options like PayPal. You'll see the available options at checkout.
